If a video is rejected from your submitted batch of questions, you can see a list of reasons why your video might have been rejected by clicking the “Why was this rejected” button on the “payments page” page. After watching your video back and determining appropriate changes, you can click the “re-assign” button, which will add the question to your next batch and allow you to try again. Please note that the 4-hour window to complete each question applies to re-assigned questions as well.
If the rejected video is due to an incomplete question, please do not attempt to create a new video. Please click on the re-assign button and then un-assign it from your 'Assigned' page.
