How do I pause my subscription?

Don't want to cancel? Pause instead!

If you used the Google Play Store to signup, here is how to pause:

To pause your Numerade subscription on Google:

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions on Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to pause.
3. Tap Manage Pause payments.
4. Set the time period to pause payments.
5. Tap Confirm.

To restart and unpause your Numerade subscription at anytime:

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions on Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to restart.
3. Tap Resume.
4. Follow the on screen instructions.

If you signed up directly with us, here is how to pause:

      1. Head to your billing page (https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/) 

   2. Simply click the "Pause" button.

Lastly, here is how to unpause if you signed up directly with us:

Simply click the "Resume Subscription" button in your billing page. You will see two prompts.

After the page refreshes, you have successfully unpaused! You can also pause again if needed.

*Please note, your subscription will automatically resume in accordance with the time frame selected when you initiated the pause.
