Getting Paid for Your Work
We value the hard work of our educators supporting students, and as a result we will payout educators per question as long as the video answers meet our acceptance criteria, including but not limited to:
- Answer format and explanation are a digital video
- Video is free of copyrighted material, including the question text
- Correct answer and explanation
- Appropriate level of detail provided in explanation
- Clear audio and narration
- Handwriting and drawings are legible
- Video is the appropriate length (at least 60 seconds)
After you submit your Batch, our team of reviewers will look through your videos to verify if they meet the above criteria. If any videos are not approved for payment, you will be notified in the dashboard and given the opportunity to re-do them by adding them to your current open Batch.
Setting Up Your Trolley Account
In order to be paid for your work, you must complete your Trolley account sign up. After your account is formally activated, you will receive an email from Numerade prompting you to set up your Trolley account.
TIP: Please make sure to check your Spam folder if you are unable to find the email.
Payment Processing
- It can take up to 5-7 US business days for payments to be processed. Please make sure this window has passed before inquiring about payment.
- You will be notified via your dashboard and through email once your videos are finished with review.
- Log back into your dashboard and click on the ‘Payments’ tab again to see which videos were approved and which videos were not approved
- Videos that are not approved, will be subtracted from your payment total. You will have the option to re-do those videos and re-assign them to your new batch if you choose to do so.
- You can now submit your approved videos for payment! Click on the ‘Get Paid’ button underneath the Batch Submitted box.
- A small notification will pop up again in the top left corner letting you know that your request for payment was successful.
- When the payment is processed, it will be delivered to your bank account listed in your Trolley account. If you have not added banking information, it will impact your ability to get paid. Please ensure your account information is up-to-date before submitting your batch.
- Depending on where you are located and your bank, it can take an additional 3-5 business days from receipt of the payment email to seeing a deposit reflected into your bank account.
