Having Payment Issues?
We know this experience can be frustrating, and we are eager to help you resolve your issue. Before reaching out for more support, please read the following important information:
- Payment can take up to 3-7 business days from requesting payment after Review. Please make sure it's been 7 business days (based on US business days from when you submitted your assignment) before enquiring about payout.
- Payouts only occur when all payout criteria are met:
- There is no fraud detected in the assignment or your account.
- Your video batch has been reviewed and your videos were approved
- You have selected 'Get Paid'
- There are no open issues preventing payment.
- Your account is not under review, suspended, or deactivated.
- Depending on where you are located and your bank, it can take up to 3-5 business days from receipt of the payment email to seeing a deposit reflected into your bank account.
- Please ensure information in your Trolley payment account is up-to-date and correct. If you are having trouble adding information to Trolley, please reach out to Trolley's customer support.
Additionally, there are times when our payment provider is unable to finalize payments for some international educators. When this occurs, Numerade will help with processing to the best our ability.
